By using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and modified terms will be posted on the website.

Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the modified terms.

Certain features require account registration.

You must provide accurate and complete information.

You are responsible for maintaining account security and password confidentiality.

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

Notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights

• Transmit malicious code or viruses

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems

• Abuse or overuse service resources

Translation services are provided using AI technology.

Translation results are for reference only and do not constitute legal advice.

We do not guarantee absolute accuracy of translations.

For important legal documents, review by professional translators is recommended.

Free users have daily translation limits (20 translations).

You own the content you upload.

You grant us the license necessary to process your content (solely for providing services).

We will not use your content for purposes other than providing services.

All content, functionality, and features of the Platform are owned by us.

The service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Translation results are for reference only and do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.

We are not liable for any losses arising from use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability does not exceed the fees you paid in the past 12 months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations; in such cases, the above limitations may not apply.

All content on the Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for reasons including:

• Violation of these Terms of Service

• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities

• Extended inactivity

You may terminate use of the service at any time by deleting your account.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any disputes arising from these terms should first be resolved through friendly negotiation.

If negotiation fails, disputes should be submitted to a court with jurisdiction.
